anyone know anything about Ebid?

I am so tired of the Ebay Monster, so I was looking for an alternative and came across Ebid- anyone know anything about them??
Good or bad I am curious if anyone has any experience with this company-

and how does everyone do sales on Craigs list- do you really have people come to your house?
maybe a yard sale would be the best way to get rid of way too much stuff
