Anyone know about Vista Cay??? Please

I was getting ready to book at Windsor Hills when I came across a deal at a place called Vista Cay Villas. Does anyone have any info on this place, good/bad, security, location, stayed here before? Please if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Very nice property but up by the convention center, so not an ideal location for visiting Disney. Better for a Universal trip.
