OK I THINK I've found the perfect villa:Pinkbounc
I've been looking and looking as you know:teeth: and although there are hundreds of lovely ones out there I've found the one that I just have a feeling about!! Anyone know what I mean or have I completely lost it!!!

The only thing is its a little bit far out, but that I can cope with, in a community called Orange Tree, north on the 27 just past sunrise lakes and cleer creek. I'm going to phone the owner later but do any of you know of this community? Are they still building it? I dont want to holiday on a building site:( .

I've just checked the availability calender and our two weeks are practically they only two left this year it is almost fully booked .

Please help I DONT WANT TO LOSE IT.

Hiya Jayne:wave:

We are going to florida in September and we are staying in a villa in orange tree. We havn't stayed there before but we have family who know the owner of the villa we are staying in:Pinkbounc

On her web site it says Located at Orange Tree, minutes from Disney World,
Epcot, M.G.M Universal Studios, Sea World and many
other attractions.

Even on the guest book people say this 'Disney is literally down the road and it is also very convenient to go to other places within Orlando':Pinkbounc

I wouldn't worry about it being to far.

The owner of our villa has had hers for about two years now so i wouldn't of thought that there was much building going on either.

Look at her site if this helps www.villa-in-florida.info

Goodluck in getting it all booked

Jayne,

We went for a look around Orange Tree in January. It's only a couple of miles north of the 192/27 intersection, so not too far at all. It's a fairly new estate and I'm as certain as I can be that there was no building going on. It all looked made up and neat and tidy. Most of the villas are single storey - in fact, I only remember seeing one two-storey - and they were quite close together, but it's a very nice-looking, new development.

I've just had a look on FRbVO and there is one on Orange Tree which states "Brand new for 2005", so I guess they must still be building there. Although they do seem to contruct developments in stages, I think it's fairly common for individual plots within those stages to be developed randomly - I guess because owners choose their plot and they then start work on that particular home, unlike here where the plots are released in stages and you either have to buy one of those, or be prepared to wait.

Like I said, though, I don't remember seeing any building work, so maybe they've completed one stage and started on the next.

There's no building work near where we are staying. The web site has a virtual tour and panned all around the house. The whole street looks finished.

I've decided to book it as it has EVERYTHING on my list that I wanted. Not finalised yet until the cheque is sent off but spoke to the owners and feel very happy that everything is above board.

It's so great talking to the villa owners I've spoken to a couple in the last few days and they are so friendly. In fact both times I was on the phone for about 30mins. They were so enthusiastic about Florida and their villas I'm all excited now:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

only 16 weeks left
