www.wftv.com for the weather. Great local station. The crowds have not been bad lately in the parks. There is about a 50% chance of rain during this week but it has been widely scattered. Bring ponchos and you will be fine.

Hot and humid during the day. Very light crowds. Kingdom was crowded on Saturday but not too bad. We waited 20 minutes for Pirates and Thunder but most rides were walk-on.

Saturday at MK (9/17) felt crowded, but wait times were really only 20 min . But because of heat, we left by early afternoon. All week we went to the park that had EMH the night before (except MK on 9/17 ) and lots of rides didn't even have fast passes working b/c crowds were "low". I was surprised that in afternoons which are so packed during spring with long wait times, were easy to manage the whole week. Now, having never been to Disney in an off season before, I was kindof thinking low season would mean we'd be one of a few families there! This is still Disney though, and there are still LOTS of people in the parks... I've been in Feb,Mar,Apr and never again. Sept or maybe Jan will be my months to go! In fact , a cast member in Epcot said the month of Sept (after Labor Day) and the last 2 weeks of January are the quietest times to go.....PS Don't miss Soarin!

The crowds were actually great except on Saturday (9/24) at Magic Kingdom. (60 minute wait for small world!!! 90 minute wait for Peter Pan & even 20 minute wait for Snow White!!! )

We even ventured out and tried the EMH evenings for MK on Wed.(9/21) and it was okay. It didn't seem like anybody really left... (We were, however, able to ride Splash Mountain 2 times in a row with no wait, so that was nice!)

The weather on the other hand was really humid! The first few days it was really cloudy which made it really nice, but on Thurs. it poured down on us at MGM. Friday, Sat. & Sun. were super sunny and humid. Florida weather is really very unpredictable.

Just make sure that you bring ponchos!!!!

We were there 19th-21st. Epcot was empty-the only wait was for Soarin and the Land. We just went the next day and there was a 5 minute wait. MK was crowded but we walked on most rides. MGM was empty too-rode the Aerosmith ride back to bakc no wait. Weather is hot and humid liquid sunshine (as we Texans and Floridians call it). Heck I'm so used to the daily rain I don't bother with ponchos or umbrellas anymore. Make sure you drink lots and lots of water-if you're not used to the heat you'll dehydrate before you know it. Have fun-I'm sooo jealous

Just got back today. Weather was hot in the sun and more tolerable in the shade. There was some rain each day. Crowds were moderate to light -- we still had to fast pass several rides.

Wild! I can't believe those wait times the day after we were at MK. We were there on friday 9/23 which was an EMH day. Small World was walk on all day. Peter Pan was 10 minutes early in the day and 20 minutes right before park closed. Nothing was more than 20 minutes, but most were about 10-15. It was cloudy most of the day which really helped keep it a little cooler. We had a fantabulous day! It sure did pour on thursday 9/22! WE had just gotten off the Wonder and luckily had planned that as our down day at the Poly. We had hoped to swim in the volcano pool though but didn't get to because of the rain...and the lil kiddos took long naps that day and I didn't have the heart to wake them knowing we'd have a long MK day the next day.
