Anyone in the Financial Field?

I've been looking at job postings for a financial company and some of the jobs talk about being a Blackbelt or a Greenbelt. I assume this is some kind of certification? Can someone fill me in and tell me what's involved or where I might find additional information?

But I always thought that was more of an Engineering thing than a Financial thing?

That was quick. Thanks for the links Steve. I was just guessing about it being finance related. I'm still not exactly sure "what" it is but hopefully I'll know after I finish reading the info.
