anyone in april offered bounceback rates?

hi everyone my trip is fast approaching and i have another trip planned for dec. i was wondering if anyone who has gone this month has been offered the "bounceback" rate for a future visit? my dd would love to stay at wl which we have booked with aaa but it is still a little pricey for us and i know i can't count on an ap code. also, i am really happy with the codes i used for my trip this month, but if they do come out with a better ap rate while i'm there, where could i find this out? would the resort desk know this or would i still have to call cro?

We were there from3/25 to 4/5. Sometime during that time I called and no comeback rates were being offered and AP rates weren't out yet either as we all know. Sorry can't remember if I called in March or April.

I'm curious about that PM too. Can you tell the whole class?

I saw on these boards a few weeks back that there was another comeback code.

At that time,we had a ressie for VB in May. I called CRO to find out if the code was going to be offered in May and if I could call from Vero Beach. I did not attempt to use the code from my home, just to see if it was still going to be valid in May when I was going to be at a Disney property.

The CM said yes, just call when you are at VB and you should be able to book a room for your trip in October. He said "this code should be valid at least through May. He said it would be valid for booking through the end of May and you bust book a stay that occurs before the end of 2003.

Okay, so, I posted the code to someone over on the DVC board who was looking for another comeback code because BAQ had expired. The post was removed.

We are no longer going to VB in May, but Naples instead so I will not have the opportunity to see if this code still exists.

I will PM you the code.

I can't find any information on this code on mousesavers.

I do not know if it is still valid.

I don't know who it is for even though the CM said it was for everyone. I never 100% believe what they say becasue there was a big problem with other codes that were for Disney Visa card holders only.

I tried doing a search for this code on these boards and the search function is disabled.

I actually don't know if this ever existed. I am just relaying what I read and what CRO told me.

well, my trip is coming up very soon and i am going to call from my resort when i get there and try every code and just ask about a bounceback rate. i am splitting my stay between akl and csr so if i don't have any luck from the 1st one i will try from the second resort too, as it will be may by the time i get to the 2nd one. thanks again for the info floridafam. it's hard to figure out all these rules sometimesLOL i will post when i get back and let you all know whether or not i'm successful. have a Happy Easter everyone

You may want to refer to it as a "comeback" rate. I think thats the verbage they were using before. Maybe it will help your chances???

just wanted to let all that were interested know that i called from both resorts i stayed at on my recent trip but was told both times there are no "comeback codes" at this time they have all expired. oh well...guess i'm back to waiting for AP rates again for dec. i was so lucky when they came out 6 days before my apr-may trip

Another misinformed CM.

Comeback rates were offered through the beginning of March 2003.

This is not correct information as we were offered a comeback during our Feb 2003 stay at the AKL Concierge. We used it to book a water view room at the YC for our upcoming Aug 29th through Sept 8th trip. Got a great rate of $207 plus tax a night. About 40% off.

I called CRO from our room at CBR on May 16 and asked about the comeback or bounceback rate (I referred to it as both just to be sure they knew what I was talking about). I was told there were currently no offers and the previous offer expired in March. I called a second time that day just to be sure and was told the same thing. I was looking for a discount for my stay in November. Hopefully some good codes or AP rates will come out for my next trip.
