anyone here do WW without meetings or online?

Did any of you have a BAD eating/exercise day? You would have hought that I would have ROCKED since my WI last night...NOPE :headache:

Very nervous about weigh-in tomorrow- I had a great week but we went out to dinner tonight and I ate more than I should have.
The good news is DH and I booked a 3 night WDW trip for May (no kids :) :( kinda happy kinda sad about that.) That will be a short term way to keep me motivated to stick with my plan.

Happy:love: Day!

I've eaten too much for dinner the past 2 nights. I have kept up with my exercise though. I weigh in tomorrow morning so we'll see how much damage I've done then. Don't know why I do it to myself.:confused3

Congrats to everyone who lost this week! :goodvibes to those who gained or maintained.

WI this morning: down 4 pounds! Woohoo! 2 more and I'll hit the 10 pound mark. I didn't think I did so great this week either. I think Tuesday was the worst. We got McDonald's for lunch. I ordered my cheeseburger and small fries, which would have been o.k., but then my son didn't eat his cheeseburger or fries, so I ate them too. :sad2: It's tough getting myself off the Seafood diet. I haven't started exercising yet either, so I really have to start this week.

YEA  YEA  YEA
PRINCESS AURORA! I had a TERRIBLE night last night (and day...I can't lie)...but your post helps me not give up! You rock! Good going!

Hey everybody! I've been doing fairly well this week - Valentine's didn't really throw me off too much. I've had a few too many Hershey's Kisses but used my flex pts for those. DS7 had 2 snow days this week - Yeah we finally got some snow!!!! We had a great time shoveling and sledding. Threw in a little snowshoeing as well.

I haven't been on the tm since Tuesday night but feel ok w/the fact that the shoveling was pretty good exercise. Plus I didn't want to do too much and get too sore! I checked my weight and I'm holding - w/TOM this week thought I might gain but not yet. I keep drinking lots of water that seems to help!

Well just thought I'd report in. It had been a while. I hope to get on the tm tomorrow and do some weights but we'll see what tomorrow brings. Best to you all.

Onward and downward!
Joanne

Snowwhite, your words are very encouraging. I'm allowed 18 points daily. I found I was using very few at breakfast and lunch, then using the rest at supper. I'll try to split them evenly and see what happens. I was just so hungry last week that I used all my 35 points for the week. Thankfully, I still managed to lose 1 pound. Brings my total to 9 pounds GONE!!!

Now it's that time of month, and I'm craving sweet worse than ever. I can't eat chocolate and it's hard for me to find something satisfyingly sweet that isn't chocolate. Any suggestions? (I have been eating strawberries dipped in 0 cal marshmello dip, but it's not cutting it.)

Drat- I maintained.
I think 2 factors added to this- 1. A big meal right before weigh-in. 2. I am entering the 2nd stage of weight loss- where it slows down and the weight is more stubborn to shed.

I am not too worried about it. I don't have to lose this weight in a hurry. I can just stick to the plan and I know over the long run I will lose lbs. Everyone says that slow and steady is the right way to do it anyway.

Congratulations to everyone who lost, and especially those of you who just made the 10 lb. club :cheer2: I wish I could be there with you. If only that last .5 would come off. I maintained AGAIN this week. I suppose that's better than gaining. I take full responsibility though. I knew it wasn't going to be good. I didn't journal a few days, though I didn't go totally wild, and I didn't exercise except for a couple days because I had a bad pain in my side/abdomen which I think was a pulled muscle or something. It gradually went away, but kept me from even moving much most of the week. Hopefully I will be able to lose that .5 this week! For those of you who also maintained or gained  hang in there...we can do it!

Sugar-free Jello? 0 points. I realize it's sugar-FREE but it's still sweet. ;)

I love sugar-free jello! I make it in the little 1/2 cup Gladware containers - they are the perfect size! And when I want a little extra *something* I plop a blob of coolwhip lite on top :cloud9:

I am just checking in to vent a little bit about my stressful day.
My parents were in a bad car accident last night - they are okay, now they are home resting. It was this ice storm- a giant chunk of ice fell off the truck in front of them - it weighed hundreds of pounds and it flew straight for their windsheild. It mostly missed them but my dad lost control of the car trying to avoid the projectile sheet of ice - and they totalled the car- and spun accross four lanes of traffic on the Jersey Trnpk. They swear it was a miracle they weren't injured worse. Anyway- my dad had open heart surgery less than a year ago so he has been in the hospital all day- they were making sure his heart is okay.
Then I helped them a little bit- and got stuck in the snow on the way home. I am way under my daily points so I am going to try to find 5 points worth of something to eat before bed- even though I don't even feel like eating. My parents seem so elderly all of the sudden. It is weird, my role as their kid is changing. It makes me feel old. DH and I are treating them to a trip to WDW next year. I am conspiring to keep them young at heart.

Sorry to hear about your parents accident and your getting stuck in snow.

Nothing better than a trip to WDW to bring out the inner child in someone!! What a wonderful treat!

Oh, how awful! I'm happy to hear that everyone is o.k. :grouphug:

There must just be something in the air this weekend, because I'm having a really rough time as well. I ate 3 pieces of pizza last night  It was all I could do to STOP at 3 :sad2: I haven't had a breakdown like that in ages!!! THEN....after I finished inhaling my pizza, my cousin called - she and her family are going to be in the area tomorrow and now we're having dinner guests! :thumbsup2 I'm really excited to see them - but that's going to be two nights in a row with "unusual circumstance" dinners :scared: I need to be extra vigilant today!!!

Happy Sunday everyone! Eat healthy and be happy!!! ;)

Hey ALL!

I just ate a Veggie Burger for the first time...not so yummy! Anyone have any ideas to make them taste better (they are only 2 points and pretty filling).

HUGS

Beth

TenThousandVolts: Your parents were blessed! I am so very glad that they are o.k. Keep us informed!

ack. confession time. :sad2: I just had several glasses of red wine....and chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. :scared1: I think I ate a days worth of points just in dessert tonight. :sad2:

Ok. SO. Tomorrow is back at it. (with a bit of extra gym time to attone for my sins!) :goodvibes

Thanks guys- for all the support. My parents are doing really well.
AKASnowWhite- I hope you enjoyed your cake! Sounds great. Back on the wagon for ya, now. :)
I had a good day, foodwise. We went to the movies (Bridge to Tarabithia- really sweet movie) and I had a diet coke and 5 Twizzlers (3 points) Came home and had a good dinner.
I have found really good bread that is 1 point for 2 pieces- it is Wegman's light Italian. I am so glad I found it. It is so yummy.
Good night, friends!

AKASnowwhite, that sounds delicious! But at least you are prepared to work it off tomorrow:thumbsup2 A glass ot two;) of wine sounds perfect right now.
TenThousandVolts, I am thinking of taking my girls to that movie. Glad to hear you liked it!! It is getting mixed reviews.
GGeorgiagirl, No help on the veggie burgers. I don't care for them either.
We spent the day shopping for treadmills. The one my Dh likes is $1099:scared1: and that is after the $300 for the Presidents Day sale:scared1: So we decided to sleep on it.
I scale peeked today and I hope it stays the same for my official weigh in tomorrow.

Onward and Downward ladies!
