Did any of you have a BAD eating/exercise day? You would have hought that I would have ROCKED since my WI last night...NOPE

kinda happy kinda sad about that.) That will be a short term way to keep me motivated to stick with my plan.
Day!Very nervous about weigh-in tomorrow- I had a great week but we went out to dinner tonight and I ate more than I should have.
The good news is DH and I booked a 3 night WDW trip for May (no kids![]()

to those who gained or maintained.
2 more and I'll hit the 10 pound mark. I didn't think I did so great this week either. I think Tuesday was the worst. We got McDonald's for lunch. I ordered my cheeseburger and small fries, which would have been o.k., but then my son didn't eat his cheeseburger or fries, so I ate them too.
It's tough getting myself off the Seafood diet. I haven't started exercising yet either, so I really have to start this week.

I wish I could be there with you. If only that last .5 would come off. I maintained AGAIN this week. I suppose that's better than gaining. I take full responsibility though. I knew it wasn't going to be good. I didn't journal a few days, though I didn't go totally wild, and I didn't exercise except for a couple days because I had a bad pain in my side/abdomen which I think was a pulled muscle or something. It gradually went away, but kept me from even moving much most of the week. Hopefully I will be able to lose that .5 this week! For those of you who also maintained or gained
hang in there...we can do it!Sugar-free Jello? 0 points. I realize it's sugar-FREE but it's still sweet.and it's hard for me to find something satisfyingly sweet that isn't chocolate. Any suggestions?

I am just checking in to vent a little bit about my stressful day.
My parents were in a bad car accident last night - they are okay, now they are home resting. It was this ice storm- a giant chunk of ice fell off the truck in front of them - it weighed hundreds of pounds and it flew straight for their windsheild. It mostly missed them but my dad lost control of the car trying to avoid the projectile sheet of ice - and they totalled the car- and spun accross four lanes of traffic on the Jersey Trnpk. They swear it was a miracle they weren't injured worse. Anyway- my dad had open heart surgery less than a year ago so he has been in the hospital all day- they were making sure his heart is okay.
Then I helped them a little bit- and got stuck in the snow on the way home. I am way under my daily points so I am going to try to find 5 points worth of something to eat before bed- even though I don't even feel like eating. My parents seem so elderly all of the sudden. It is weird, my role as their kid is changing. It makes me feel old. DH and I are treating them to a trip to WDW next year. I am conspiring to keep them young at heart.
What a wonderful gift to your parents. My parents were in a bad car accident last night - they are okay, now they are home resting.
I'm happy to hear that everyone is o.k.
It was all I could do to STOP at 3
I haven't had a breakdown like that in ages!!! THEN....after I finished inhaling my pizza, my cousin called - she and her family are going to be in the area tomorrow and now we're having dinner guests!
I need to be extra vigilant today!!!
I just had several glasses of red wine....and chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.
I think I ate a days worth of points just in dessert tonight.

of wine sounds perfect right now.
and that is after the $300 for the Presidents Day sale
So we decided to sleep on it.
