anyone here do WW without meetings or online?

Quick check in since I'm so tired....

I'm down 3 lbs! I weighed in on Fri for another group so I knew I had that much gone, wasn't sure if I would have more today or not.

I did really good today:
B- grits 2 pts
L- turkey sandwich 2.5 pts (WW bread, turkey, lettuce, tomato and mayo)
salad 1 pt (lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon bits, croutons, 1 tsp salad dressing that 'm counting as my 1 pt)
pineapple 1 pt
yogurt 1 pt
D- baked chicken 3 pts
mashed potatoes (frozen from Schwan's) 3 pts
beets 0 pts
pears 1 pt
WW carrot cake bar 1 pt
T 15.5 pts

I plan on having a 1/2 c WW cereal (1 pt) 1/2 c skim milk (1 pt) and a banana (2 pts) as a snack before I turn in but I really thiink I might jut brush my teeth and call it a night.

Hi, everyone! :wave: Can I join the group? I'm Erin--45 and with 40 lbs. to lose. I've lost on WW before, but don't want to give them any more of my money when I know what it is that has to be done! My problem is just DOING IT!

I started back OP right after the new year and lost 4 lbs. this week! :banana: Hooray! I've got 36 lbs. to go. until I get myself back in a healthy BMI.

Yesterday's food was like this:
breakfast was 1/2 cup oatmeal w/skim milk, banana, and almonds=7 points
lunch was 1 cup brown rice and 4 oz. chicken breast=8 points
snack was a cheese stick=2 points
dinner was a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, an apple, and celery=7.5
Total for day=24.5

I've got some health issues going on, so I want to make 2007 the Year of Reclaiming My Health. :cheer2: I'm on my way!

Well, I woke up this morning and didn't really feel up to going to the gym. I didn't sleep well last night and was just feeling drained this morning. So I went back to sleep for an hour. I get off work early today so I'll go to the gym after work or I might be able to talk Brian into working out with me, either way I will get a workout in today. :)

Breakfast this morning was 2 slices turkey bacon = 2pts. 1 pancake w/lite syrup = 1pt. and an orange = 1pt for a total of 4pts.

Lunch will be a container of yogurt = 3pts. baby carrots = 0pts. and a string cheese = 2pts. for a total of 5pts.

That leaves me with 19 points for dinner, I definitely think I can handle that and not go over. :rolleyes1

I need to watch it this week and not use a lot of flex points. A friend of mine wants to take me out to lunch saturday for a late birthday present and we're going to Olive Garden (my favorite) so I need to have some points available. I think my dad wants to have wings with me this week too and they are super high in points not to mention the ranch dressing I love to dip them in! If anything I'll use some flex points for the wings and then just use my daily point allowance for the Olive Garden because usually when I eat there I don't finish my meal and I can just eat the rest for dinner. I will work it out because I want to have another loss on Monday!

I'm feeling a bit better today. This darn flu has been coming and going all weekend. One minute I feel better and then a few hours later I'm in bed and can barely keep my eyes open. Yuck.
Breakfast today is a coffee and a WW yogurt B-2pts.
For lunch I'm planning on having a turkey sandwich consisting of bread, turkey, a slice of cheese, and some sliced tomato. I think I'll throw a small salad in there also. L-4pts.
That leaves me with 16pts. for dinner and I'm not sure what i'll have yet.
I know I made some low fat/sugar free chocolate pudding for a treat at some point today. a half cup is 2pts. I was thinking of maybe crushing a grahm cracker and sprinkling it on top for 1.5 extra points.

I've been away for so long....I'd love to come back to this wonderfully supportive community! I have my official weigh-in on Thursday a.m. then it's back to my journal keeping. While I'm not truly following the WW plan yet, I've definitely become more aware of my eating habits in the last few days. :mad: Boy, do I have some nasty habits! :guilty:
 
Did I mention that I'm the librarian at my kids' school? We got out of school early today because of snow and we won't be going tomorrow. That means I won't be walking and I'll be at home fixing food for the kids - double whammy.
I did ride the bike for 25 min. when I got home today and did some muscle toning. I'll make myself do that tomorrow too. It's going to be hard to be home with the kids all day and not eat too much. I made some more SF jello so I would have that to eat.
Onward and downward!!!!

Good morning, everybody!

Did pretty good yesterday for a first day. Kept within my points, didn't go over. That's good for me!!

Today, I had lean pockets for breakfast again, 6 Pts. They keep me filled up.

Lunch will be pot roast soup, Chunky brand, 4 Pts for that. Have to fill in with something else but haven't decided what yet.

Now I just need to get exercising.

When we get home it will be time for supper. I have taco soup in the crock pot. I have no idea how many points that is.:confused3 It is mostly vegetables and I have 13 pts. left for the day so I think I should be okay.

I've learned that I just have to keep myself busy. If I sit down for too long I tend to want to eat something. Does anyone else have this problem?

Same problem here! If I don't constantly have something to do, I feel the need to snack.
So far today:
B-WW yogurt and a cup of coffee. Total: 1pt.
L-A turkey sandwich w/ tomato, onion, and a slice of cheese. Put it in a Pinani maker to toast it. I also had a small salad Total: 4pts.
I have 17pts. left for today. Not sure what I will have for dinner yet.
I have yet to weigh myself since the new year, but I feel my pants a tiny bit looser. Not by much, but it's better than nothing! :goodvibes
 
I have an hour where my 2 oldest are at school and the youngest is taking a nap and that is when I find myself snacking. I tried to concentrate on other things I needed to do but still had a butterscotch pudding.

I have noticed if I drink water that helps a little.
 
Okay, I think I am finally going to break and order the WW books from ebay. I did WW online and I can't remeber points and some other things. I am gonna bite the bullet and order!
I went to Robin Hood for dinner. That place has to be my favorite sandwich shop! But I don't know the points!
