We are getting closer to our 60 day window (about 2 weeks). My MDE account is a mess. We had a lot of issues on our trip last May where our account showed at wdw that I had a MB before they were testing, plus other issues that forced them to cancel and rebook our reservation day 2 or 3 of our trip. They had deletions too. Showed I had two identical tickets. Took several supervisors and a lot of I have never seen that before.

Maybe someone can help me before I call and they mess up our account even more.

Traveling....2 rooms -room one...2adults in one room (person who booked the trip. Room 2...2adults and 2children (our room and I am in charge of all the planning of the trip in all aspects but the original phone call. My parents are not disney people so I am in charge of all plans. There are a total of 6 people traveling-4 adults and 2 kids turning 4 and 6.

We have 2 MDE accounts. Mine...and my father.

So in my account all our plans show up, 2reservations, all our ADRs. Same for my father's account. Now the issues.

Does every adult need to have their own MDE account?

Different things keep showing up. My mom is sometimes listed as an infant on my account sometimes not. She is listed under my dad as 18+ bc she has not entered her bday. But far from an infant.

I was able to go into my dad's account and check the sharing photos. I cannot do that with my mom. Do I need to? If she is traveling with my father and he shares will pictures she takes be shared so I can get them if I am the memory maker?

Now my mom is listed on my friends and family list and is listed as traveling with us frequently. But in my list of tickets. There are only 5 tickets listed...dad, me, DH and two DC. I can go into a section for FP+ bug it says she does not have tickets and no tickets linked. Both rooms have a packaged booked through disney that includes 6 day hoppers. So I do understand why only 5 tickets show up. Both reservations show on my MDE account (their's show as 2adults).

With my father's account same deal only 5 show up ...but my DH is missing.

I go into my mom and it won't let me check anything. The computer programs says she cannot view plans or photos with me. It says my father manages her account.

My DH -it says I manage his account but it says invite to plan and share.

I cannot figure out with my dad's account how to fix it so that I can add her to our plans.

I need to fix this before the 60 day mark bc they won't be happy if she cannot get FPs with us. I would like to fix it before the window. Additionally I want it fixed so we do not have problems down there.

I was having similar issues-we also will have 2 rooms-4 adults 1 child total. I set up both reservations and then thinking I wouldn't have access to the other reservation I set up a MDE account for my oldest DS. I ended up really messing it up-oldest DS listed twice on, youngest DS disappeared completely.

As usual Robo is right-call them!
It took them about 20 minutes to fix it up-fingers crossed it works when it's time to make the FP+ ressies next Monday.
