Anyone hear of free dining coming soon

Free dining was offered this year. WDW offered those already staying in WDW back in Aug/Sept of last year to book the free dining as a bounceback offer. Then on April 10th of this year the free dining offered was opened to the public. The reservation had to be made by June 22nd.
The offer is/was good for stay dates 8/24-9/20.
Free dining has been offered for the last few years now and most speculate that it will be offered again next year.
According to Mousesavers, guests staying in WDW resorts this year from 8/10to 9/27 will be able to book the free dining as a bounceback offer again this year. So it would be reasonable to assume that the free dining will be offered to the general public next April.

I had read a rumor on another website (can't remember which one)...but it listed that Disney *might* be extending the FD into October. Is that what you are referring to? I think that was speculation that fall ressies are down, etc and Disney was trying to lure more people for October. I, personally, don't believe that ressies are down...but I wish they would offer it in Oct since we have a trip planned!
