I finally called my physical therapist yesterday afternoon. I've put a lot of faith into him lately with helping my neck this summer and then recently working on my ruptured (slipped) disc.
He told me it could be a strained muscle from all the new exercises I'm doing because of the the disc problem. So I'm to stop all the exercises, take my pain meds and hopefully the pain will subside.
It feels better today but of course I'm not doing ANYthing to provoke it.
Now tomorrow might be another story as I still plan on heading out with sister early in the AM for a day of shopping. I usually do the driving but think it might be a better idea that she drives as I might just have to pop an extra pill to hit all the sales!!!

BTW if anything were to ever happen to me, my DSs have been instructed to get right on the DIS.
