Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

After my second call they got mine working. It sounded like she had to combine the fake account it remade with my real account to fix it. It is working now, but make sure you stay on after you reset your password and log in to make sure you can get to the account.
 
Just logged on to MDE and changed the password, as per the request. It did not ask for any security questions and once I changed the password I was in and everything showed up - ADRs, 3 resorts (we're doing a 3 way split) FP+s, so I think some fixes have happened. Note, for all things Disney I have always only had 1 email address and 1 password, I have never signed up for the movie deal or anything like that.
 

Update on my situation -- I was able to log in on my user id, all my stuff was (still) there and made my FP+s for my January trip. I'm not even gonna try to log in on my email anymore...
 
I just went through the whole change your password/update your info stuff and it won't accept any of it. I'm trying to get in on the app right now but it's just loading and loading and loading............
 
I had a mini-meltdown (okay a major meltdown) yesterday when I logged into MDE on my computer and it had none of my reservations for hotel, dining, Fastpasses, etc. linked anymore and not even my profile picture was showing up. Logging into the MDE app on my iPhone was no problem though, everything showed up fine. When I called Disney yesterday about this, they said that they are doing a server-wide upgrade to the website and that everything should be restored to normal by the end of today. So I'm trying not to panic until tomorrow :D
 
Photopass is our only issue......when we're logged in and hit the Photopass option and it prompts to login again.
 
So I just got into MDE, both on the laptop and on my phone using the app. However, one of my FP+ is missing.:scared1: Actually, not a huge deal we might cancel that particular one any way. Heaven help the Disney tech people if my 7DMT disappears.:badpc:

I'm missing random Fast Passes and ADRs.....
 
I've not been able to log in this afternoon from the website, but the app is just fine. I'm going to hold off on resetting my password.
 
Dh and I both re-set our passwords and all is well.

I did get an error message once when I re-set mine at first. I tried it 2 more times and it accepted it. There was no need to call.
 
I've not had any trouble with MDE today: have upgraded room reservation and just made an ADR, but what I did notice when surfing for places to eat it kept popping up with basically no availability (except for Hoop-Dee-Doo and HBD Fantasmic Dining Package) for any dinner time for all of Easter Sunday which I knew wasn't true as I just looked yesterday and there was tons of availability. I finally just kept hitting "Find Table" until the booger popped up with times that were available (for nearly every restaurant on the property). I noticed when I was on a specific restaurant's page and looked for availability it would give me either the message saying they cannot search at that time or to call for assistance. I found out if I just kept hitting the button it finally showed times. Weird.
 
I decided to go ahead and reset the password and it says, "Error:We're sorry, we are unable to reset your password at this time. Please try again later."

Tried it 3-4 times and got the same error...
 
Mine is not working either. Tried at work and at home. Not urgent for me...I can't even imagine how I would be freaking out if I was close to my trip! :scared1:

Same thing for me - been like this since yesterday. Everything looks good in the app so I'm hanging tight for now.
