Anyone having problems with DCL website?

When I try to check my existing reservations I get an error
You cannot view a reservation that is not associated with your agency. Please enter the reservation number and try again. Error

Anyone else having problems? I want to check for an upgrade. :cool1:
 
If you made your reservation with a TA, you can't check your reservation on DCL's website. :sad2:

If you did make your reservation with DCL, you should be able to check it. I had a problem once, until I realized that I had to enter my phone number without any punctuation (no hyphens or anything). Just the numbers. You might want to see if that's the problem. :idea:

I just tried and got the same message you did, my ressie is with DCL not a travel agent.
 

I just tried and it gave me this message:

"We're currently having a problem with our reservation system that may prevent you from retrieving a reservation or making a payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you experience a problem, you may apply payment or check the status of a reservation by calling (800) 951-3532 to speak to an agent between the hours of 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Saturday and Sunday or 8:00 am -10:00 pm Monday through Friday. You may also apply payment through our 24-hour automated payment system by calling the same number. "

I tried also 2 days ago and they were having the same problem. When I called, she did say their entire reservation system, including hotels etc for WDW has been up and down. If you call they are able to help. I do like to check every so often just to see, and not nexesarily need to confirm anything. :boat:
 
i've been getting that message ever since i book..and i booked thru dcl...

they must want to keep those phone operators employed :) cause I keep calling them!
 
I agree w/ above. I have been tryin for days to access my ressie online w/ DCL and nothing. Kinda of aggrivating! But whatcha gonna do? I'll keep trying and keep my fingers crossed.
 
The last time I had trouble with the website was a weekend that they were updating the site with new prices and new sailing information. I can only hope that the "problems" are associated with an update involving the West Coast excursions!!!! :earboy2:

I had the same problem and I have send an email to DCL they have problems with the site and if you want to change anything you have to contact them by phone. Hope this will help
