Anyone having problems buying tickets online through MDE?

We want to buy two 2-day hoppers to use up the $ in our DVA and also so that we can make FP for Jan. 1 & 2 before we get to WDW in December and can upgrade our Gold APs to Platinum. Then later but before Jan. 3 we'll upgrade the 2-day hoppers to renew our APs and get the 13 month bonus.

I've tried to buy the 2-day hoppers online, but when I get to the page where I have to specify which guests will use them, and I say it will be DH and myself, then click Next - nothing happens. My browser doesn't show the web page is working at all, no matter how long I stare at it. I tried assigning one ticket to a different adult in my Friends & Family list, but still nothing.

Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? Is it because we have APs already? Should I try adding two new adults to my MDE, buying tickets for them, and then reassigning the tickets to us? Do I need to call instead?

Try a different browser. I've had many tech issues that have been solved this way. If it persists, you'll have to call.
 
The site is under maintenance but it still says you should be able to buy tickets
