Anyone having issues with hotmail this morning?

A friend isn't getting her hotmail. Outlook seems to be working fine, but she's wondering if there is an issue. I don't use it so I can't help her.

Hotmail was technically phased out in 2011 when Microsoft rebranded it as Outlook.

If you had a @hotmail.com email address it continues to function as though it were an outlook.com email address.
