want to share some info?

That is completely against what we, who pay for Mike, sign up for. We promise to not give his information away when we are paying for it. Why would we?

I can tell you that the $$ I spent on books was a waste. Mike is so worth it and I didn't even use the discount code because I was too anxious to sign up. Even if anythinghe told me about the parks now was wrong (it won't be) I've already gotten my money's worth from Mike.

Do you mean like - I think it is a great site and you should definately check it out or actual info from the site -

b/c it is pretty specific that you can't do this and he has shut down subscriptions for it and no one on here will risk that

I agree with the OP if you are asking what we think, it is great. Everyone who subsrcibes to his site agrees to not share the info on public sites such as this one. I for one don't think that it would be fair to give the info away for free when others have had to pay for it.

Tour Guide Mike is fantastic and worth the money- and this is coming from someone who is pretty cheap with her money! No one who pays for it will give you any of his advice for free- but responses to your question should be interesting!

I tried Mike on a whim, because we've made many trips to the World and consider ourselves pretty savy. It was money well spent, specific to our needs and we picked up what we consider to be important info. As for sharing information (if that's what the OP meant, and my apologies if the question was in that vein)...sorry, it's for us to know and you to pay for.

Is this one of the refillable mug, pool hopping, take the kids out of school, stroller questions? :rotfl2: Or did you have a specific question? :earboy2:

You'll have to make your question more specific, OP.

TGM rocks! It was by far the best "guidebook money" I spent for my last trip (1st family trip to WDW.) We had an incredible time and avoided crowds during a very busy week. I subscribed again for our January trip. I credit TGM with my family's absolute love of Epcot last trip. We spent our first trip to Epcot (before kids) wandering around doing almost nothing because we were so overwhelmed by the huge park. TGM is totally worth the investment!

I want to sign up for TGM for our trip in 2007- how far in advance can you sign up? Our trip would be in almost 2 years- end of October/beginning of November 2007- is it too soon to subscribe? TIA!!

It's the best $20 you can spend on a $4000+ vacation. Seriously.... There is no need to 'share' info when something so valuable is SOOOOOOOOOOO inexpensive.

Like everyone else here...I spent the money and it was well worth it. As far as sharing info.....go there spend the $$$$ and he will share all the info he knows with you.

What sort of info does TGM give? How much does it cost? Is it just a website? We're planning a trip one year from now and I'm curious since this is the second time I've heard Tour Guide Mike mentioned.

My advice: Crack open the wallet and join the site. I think you can even save a few dollars off the price with a code from Mousesavers. It's worth it. You can also take all the info you get here and other sites and "distill" it down until you arrive at a solution which works for you. Personally, I've gotten menus from allears, dining reviews from here, geeky-details from wdwmagic, etc, and together with TGM I think I've got the best answer for my family's wants.

Here's what I know: He's a guy named Mike. He has a website. Based on his photo, I'd guess he's in his 30's. He probably lives in the Orlando area.

Pay the $20 and subscribe. It's worth every penny.

Tour Guide Mike was well worth the $17 to join (I had a coupon). We were in WDW last week and my 15 year old daughter even said TGM rocks!! It is a philosophy of touring....takes a little research to tweak the ideas to fit your plan, but it we had very little wait times if at all during Thanksgiving week with TGM's advice.

can anyone share a link to sign up? i'm happy to pay for a good subscription.

i've subscrible to touringplans and love them. is this better?

First of all I'm not spending $4k on my vacation. I guess everyone here must "know" Mike and feel like they are giving insiders information. LOL!

And shame on all of you who jump to conclusions. You had no idea what I was going to ask and since you are being putooties about it I guess you never will.
