anyone have this problem with skyauction

i won a auction for orbit one vacation villas for the 28 of this month i am less then a week away and they still do not have my name on the books when i called skyauction last week they said it will be taken care of but 6 days away and its still not there i am just wondering if this is normal practice

I thought your name is not on the resort list until 3 days before ressie starts. Do you have your paperwork from Sky Auction? Is everything correct on it? If so, you should not have a problem. I used them many of times and have not had a problem with my ressies. Make sure you bring your paperwork with you.
We stayed there in beginning of January. Let me know if you have any questions. Have fun.

yes RCI does send the stuff to the resort until about a week or even less before then - 3 to 4 days is average.

I bring Spicey and CWR needs to know before I arrive that I am bring him....So I just call a couple of days before....also I tell them if I am going to be a late arrival!
