anyone have the princess cd player/jewelry box?

Just wondering if anyone out there has the pink and purple princess cd player that is built into the jewelry box and what they think about it. I'm thinking about getting this for DD as she would like both the cd player and the jewelry box but I don't want to buy it just because it's princess and then find out that I would have been better off buying them separately.

We have it, and my DD-6 uses it all the time. It's so cute! The jewelry box won't hang long neclaces, but it's good for bracelets, rings, and earrings. It gets loud, too... I hear my baby jamming in her room. She's a trip.

My DD is 2 and she has had this for a year now. LOVE IT she has pierced ears so we bought it to store those and because we like to play lullaby music to her at night.

Its a great item, have never had a problem with it and I know she will use it for a long time. It also stores CD's incase you didn't know that. It really is great.

my 3 year old has this and we love it. Holds jewlery and even has pockets for cds. She uses it every night at bedtime.

My dDD7 has had this for a year. She loves it. Her cousin age 6 also loves it!

My three year old got it for her second birthday. She loves it.. it is easy for her to play the cd in it. She knows what button is one and play. The play button is also the pause button. I think it is hard to change cds for her--- which personally is good. She can;t scratch them this way. The volume is the only negative. Once turning it on it had a too loud level, but you can then adjust it.

My dd7 has had this for over a year now. For some reason, it was clearanced at Target last year. It was brand new in the box and it works fine. Anyway, if you want to get it because you want to do your dd's room in Princesses, then it would be perfect. But don't buy it for the jewelry box part. It just isn't practical for a jewelry box. It's fine for dd to hide something small in it's containers (that are supposed to be the jewelry box), but it doesn't hold jewelry very well. And the top of it opens up to hold cds. It only has pockets for about a dozen cds, but that part of it is kinda convenient for dd to hold her favorite cds (and then she keeps the rest in her cd case).

If your dd is very young, then buy it. Don't get it for an older girl. My dd7 (almost 8) is growing out of it already.

Oh, and the Princess alarm clock is very cute!! Got it at Kmart. My dd wakes up to it every morning. It's got the cutest alarm sound.
