I'm not sure which board to post this question on, so I'll try here. The Member Services (we are DVC members) supervisor whom I was speaking with the other day, gave me the following email address in which to address a concern about the DDE program:
wdw_guestcommunications@wda.disney.com
She said, that this is the main email address in which to address serious concerns about anything pertaining to the Disney company, so they only give out for legitimate questions/comments (she actually convinced me that I need to send the email). The baby was crawling up my arms, and so I could have copied it incorrectly, so would any of you know what the correct address is as I've tried this one and it's not correct?
I've posted to the wrong board, I apologize, but I know that the moderators will post to the correct board.
