Anyone have Reebok Easy Tones?

I can't believe no one has these, I think it was one of Oprahs favorites recently. Looks like I may have to just go for it and report back here :)

I got mine a month ago, I had a $50 gift card for amazon, they were a hundred bucks..............my thought was well..............I'll only have to pay 50 out of pocket...........a hundred was a little  for me...........and then I got them home and :woohoo: !!!! I love them!!! I will be getting the flip flop version soon! I am not one to believe in 'hype' but I truely notice a difference in my leg and butt muscles, I would never have believed it but wow! (now, it's not like I now have super model legs or anything ;) ) but totally worth it! I have the Reeinspire walking shoe, it fits pretty true to size, and they are pretty cute, especially (IMO) compared to the MBTs and Skeechers.

I have these! Mine are the pink ribbon ones - love, love, love them. I found them very comfortable as soon as I put them on, didn't find any "breaking in" required. I will let you know that you can't just wear them all day to start with. Reebok has a recommendation, that I can't remember, I think they tell you to start off wearing them a little at a time, to get use to the sensation.

And, going up and down stairs took some getting used to :)

Yay.... I am excited to try them now. I have been searching online and they must be pretty popular because I am finding that they are not easy to locate. I haven't checked the mall though. Its looking like I will have to custom my own pair on Reebok.com more than likely because of Oprah having them on her show?

I was going to get the Sketchers version of these, but they look too orthopedi for me!:lmao: I saw these, and now I think I will ask the husband for Christmas. Which stores sell them? Finish Line, Foot Locker, etc?

I have seen them at Foot Locker and Finish Line both. Most of the shoe stores in my mall have them displayed out in the mall, so I don't think they will be hard to find.

I saw these at Lady Footlocker and researched some online. The people at LFL said the $100 pair are for walking and the ones that are around $125 are more for running. Anyway, through my research I read that the reason these shoes tone is because they kind of make you walk off balance with the rounded soles and the legs and butt trying to correct the off balance is what works them. I am so uncoordinated, I am afraid I will fall while using them! :rotfl:

But I am still considering them if I can find a deal somewhere. $100 for shoes is a little high for me.

I have them. Can't say I've noticed anything but I don't wear them very much. They are comfortable, though.

I just bought a pair at Foot Locker for my parents to give me for Christmas. I have not been able to wear them yet, but I did wear them for a while in the store. I walk/jog about 10-15 miles a week, and I could tell the difference in my muscles just in the store. I think they will be fantastic!

I didn't realize they have them for running too. I think I will go to the mall and try them on, but still might make my own pair online. It is pretty neat to be able to design your own sneaker with whatever colors you want :)

this is an old post but I wanted to bump it up... I am thinking of buying some of these Reebok Easytones for my birthday at the end of the month.

Does anyone think these would be good/bad to wear at Disney I wonder?? I'm sure by now more someone else on the boards here has to have these and wants to share their experiences!

Bump!

It must just be me, but I find mine to be uncomfortable. My MIL paid for me to build my own online at Christmas and I think I have worn them 3 or 4 times. The thing that bothers me is across the top of the toe area where it bends. I find that they are really uncomfortable there. The balance part doesn't bother me though. I haven't worn them enough to know if they really tone because of the toe portion.
