I have tried for 3 days to confirm our reservations. I have left message on the answering machine and no one has called be back. I finally got someone to answer the phone this morning and she wanted me to call back because she was busy sending the drivers out for the day. When I explained to her that I had been trying for three days she took my information and said she would check later. She wasn't very friendly. We used Tiffany Town Car the last time we went and had no problems with them. Just wondering if we have anything to worry about.

I'm going to move your question over to our Transportation forum where they are sure to have some answers for you. :)

I had no problems with them. I believe I did all of my confirmations via email and was always answered within 24 hours or less.

No problems here either. We will be using them for the third time in Nov. I have always called and given my information and they have given my a confirmation number. Then a couple days before my vacation, I call and and confirm again. I have always had professional, curteous drivers, who have been on time and helpful. Hearing some of the other stories lately, I am glad I have always stuck with Tiffany.

We used them in aug. and I did notice they did not answer the phone with a human voice. But I left a voice mail message that was returned. (That same afternoon) I know others have made reservations over the internet but I prefer speaking to a human person. I did also notice the girl I spoke to seemed rushed and overwhelmed. Maybe they should hire more office help if their business is that good. But I only called 3 days ahead, I just had so much to do and that was the last thing before packing. Anyway they were efficient as usual . I did request a driver whom we like (Berkley) but we did not get him but got Amin, he was very nice too but on the way back we did not get the same guy. We had a rather quiet older gentlemen. Sorry but my ds like to talk to the driver. I do prefer a quieter safe driver myself. But we always use tiffanys and have never had a problem. I always reconfirm at the hotels because we always switch, this time poly to swan and when I called her she answered right away and said no problem, its already recorded etc.

we used them, they sucked....we use Your Ride...excellent service!!!!!

Goodness Boo'sMom that's a bit crude even if you were not happy.
I have used them twice and referred several friends there and always had a great experience.
I have used ******** once and got stuck w/ substitute driver who did not have any of my requests (Car seat , DD's name on sign etc.).
I am definitely using Tiffany again in 10 (Woo Hoo!) days.

How weird is that. I said Your Ride in 1 word and it was deleted out. HMMMMM......

We used TT in '01. Had Don as a driver and he was terrific. In fact, we requested him for our trip last August. Seems he is no longer driving for TT. I had originally booked online. My flight times changed, so emailed TT the changes. I never heard back from them. So, I called them two days before we left. The woman that answered the phone was, shall we say, not overly polite. When I asked for Don as a driver her response was.."No. We don't have a Don here and never did!" Okaaayy. Then when I asked her about the time change in flights she told me that no, they didn't have it listed. I heard her shuffling papers around and lo and behold....she found my email. Understand that I sent the email about 1 1/2 months previously. She said everything was fine now.
Our driver picked us up as scheduled. He was not very talkative. Had the same driver on the way back and he was much more personnable!! The car was nice and clean.
Would I use TT again? Yes, I suppose so. It just shouldn't be so hard to get through to them. I do remember Don (the driver that doesn't exist!) telling us in Nov '01 that the office manager at TT was expecting and a little cranky. Wonder if it's the same woman. If it is, motherhood doesn't seem to agree with her either.

I think it's important to state, unless you use Mears... when you use a service to obtain a driver, it's fairly likely you are getting a driver who is an independent driverwho is self employed, and gets subbed out jobs from various Transportation companies. This does not mean to say, that Tiffany doesn't have a few, "Tiffany Drivers", but they are for the most part work for themselves. I always ask the driver who picks me up, for his personal card, and phone number if he is going to be the return driver. This way I can confirm with him directly. Most of them are happy to do this, especially if you mention you might be needing their services for a shuttle to say Universal etc. while you are in WDW. The transportation business can be quite eratic in volume, so it's impossible for them to have a "staff" of drivers.

Had a problem with them, have used 8 times.Good service, safe drivers and clean cars.I handle all arrangements via e-mail and thay have always responded within 24 hours.:earsboy:  :teeth:

Both Tiffany and Tropical are horrible and unprofessional. We used them and were left twice. once at the airport and once on the hotel...we almost missed our flight

Just to follow up to my prior post. I have used Tiffany Town Car many times, and they are my choice. I will continue to use them. And I can only give their service, a good recommendation. I think they pick good independent drivers to associate themselves with, whom they can count on to perform the job.

We have used Tiffany numerous times and have had very good to excellent service. This past June the driver was late getting to the airport to pick us up, but our flight did arrive around 15 minutes early (how odd is that?).
We have always had courteous drivers and would definitely recommend them. For the last couple of years I have done our reservations via their web site and usually get a response the same day. There is also a $5.00 coupon on their web site so that is another reason to use it!
