Anyone have news on BLT 2022 Refurbishments

I noticed this:
This Resort hotel is undergoing refurbishments
As our Guest room refurbishments continue, you may see or hear construction during daytime hours. All resort amenities will remain available for your enjoyment.
Select recreation offerings, amenities and services at Bay Lake Tower, including Top of the World Lounge, are temporarily unavailable.
From January 9, 2023 through early April 2023, the Feature Pool and whirlpool spas will be closed for refurbishment. The water play area and Bay Lake Pool will remain open for your enjoyment. You may see and hear construction noise while this refurbishment is underway, but you should not hear noise from Guest rooms between dusk and 9:00 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Anyone know what other work (other than the feature pool) is being done and timelines?

The last refurb of BLT villas came in 2016. They should be due for a major renovation in 2023, maybe 2024. DVC hasn't disclosed plans that far in advance yet. If it's slated for 2023, it will likely be confirmed during the condo meeting this December.

Work currently planned for the Contemporary involves hotel rooms and the main pool. The "Bay Lake Pool" mentioned in the quote above is the quiet pool behind the CR tower. The DVC pool is known as the "Bay Cove Pool", and it's not impacted by any of this work.

Ok thanks for clarifying on the pools. I just realized they were talking about 2023, I was looking at dates in 2022.
