Anyone have Mara recipe for - couscous salad?

Last month DW and I visited AKL and decided to have lunch at Mara. I had the chicken pita with the couscous salad vs. french fries. It was outstanding! I've tried a few recipe searches but have come up with nothing.

I've got to recreate this dish at home.

If Boma's is served cold then the ingredient list would lead me to say yes they are the same. Thanks for the recipe. I'll try it.

I also wanted the Mara couscous recipe. It was delicious! We just got back from AKV. I remember it having more spices, cilantro and small bits of vegetables. I found a "Cous Cous Marakesh" recipe on intercot.com. It looks like it might be it... at least the one I had!
