Anyone have filet/mushroom risotto receipe from Le Celliar?

I have been craving Le Celliar's mushroom risotto/Filet Mignon like crazy!
Would anyone happen to have this receipe or know how I can get my hands on a copy?
I'm kicking myself for not requesting it while we were there.

Write to Epcot Guest Services at PO Box 10,000, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. It will take a while but they will get it to you.

Another option is to call the restraurant direct. You would have to call the main WDW switchboard at 407-824-2222. Tell the operator that you do NOT want dining reservations but you do need to talk to someone at Le Cellier in Epcot. Be prepared to leave your request including mailing address on an answering machine if a real person does not answer at the restaurant.

Okay,

This is going to drive me bananas. I know I have read this recipe because I remember two things clearly: the recipe for the risotto served eighty eight and I also remember thinking “ Oh, porcini dust, so that is what they use for the mushroom flavor”. I can’t find it anywhere now. I’ll keep looking.

Oh, that mushroom Risotto is delicious. They serve it as an entree at Mama Melrose, adn that is just awesome!
