Anyone have expiring points for 2/6-2/9 bcv

Looking for BCV 2/6 for 3 nights in either studio or 1 bedroom so would need either 71 or 140 points. Can only do if price is very low.

I have a reservation for the beach club for those exact dates. I reserved a two bedroom and can't use them now. It can go smaller for sure. 8 bucks a point low enough?
