My son is thinking of going there next year, and we went for a visit day on Monday. It seems really nice, but then again I am sure they only show you what they want you to see, and tell you what they want you to know.

Are their financial aid/award/grant packages as generous as they implied? Is it super competitive? Do you feel you recieve a good education? Anything else I should know? I would love some insight! :)

I can offer you NO assistance with questions ... but I'll tell you that my mother graduated there with an organ performance major. That would have been a LONG time ago - she's 77 now.

My best friend is an alum, '98. I can't answer you about financial assistance but my friend LOVED it there, absolutely loved it. I visted her there a few times and it's a lovely campus. She made life long friends while she was there, in fact she and her friends just had their own little reunion last month. She feels she got a great education. It's pricey as most private schools are, but she thought it was worth the money.
