Anyone have experience with the park shuttles @Caribe Royale?

I am bleary-eyed from reading reviews on Trip Advisor. Wanted to know if anyone has stayed at Caribe Royale w/out a car and used their shuttle service to/from the parks? How was your experience?

One review on TA said there were separate shuttles to each WDW park running at 2-hour intervals in the morning, but on the way home the shuttle stopped at each park to pick people up before returning to the Caribe!

We will be traveling with another family who has a 2-year old, so I already know that limited shuttle service may not be ideal for us. Just wanted to know if anyone had good/bad things to say.
