anyone have experience with group travel?

I'm planning a trip to WDW for about 18 people. The cheapest flight so far is through Delta for $270 per person. I want a rt flight for $250 or under. How flexible are the companies with group pricing or should I just wait for SW like I was going to do. I'm just scared that by the time SW releases thier summer fares, Delta will be asking crazy prices. DERNIT SOUTHWEST!!

Definitely call and ask for group sales!

I booked our flights for 12 through Continental group travel and it was awesome! I went through their group office, which gave me my own very helpful agent, I got a group rate, plus, I only had to put down a minimal deposit, then the balance wasn't due until either 30 or 45 days before our departure date. Someone from Continental even met us in baggage claim and we got to use a special group check-in desk on the flight back with no lines. It was great.

Delta is probably different, but group travel through Continental was wonderful.
