Anyone have experience with American Airlines Vacations?

Hi, I have been pricing trips to Paris for awhile now, and found what seems to be an amazing deal, almost too good to be true. The prices are running about $2,300 for two including air and hotel. So does anyone have any experience with them or recommend a budget travel company? TIA!

We have booked 2 vacations through AA Vacations in the past and have been pleased. One trip to the Virgin Islands and a second to Hawaii.

Dh and I used them in 2007 for an all inclusive trip to Mexico. No problems at all! I would use them again if the price were right!

We used them once as the price was good and they had a crazy miles multiplier deal going on also. We were booked for an all inclusive in Mexico, then a hurricane came through and destroyed the place. We were able to re-book an all inclusive in Jamaica without any extra fees. So customer service was good.
