When we received our bill before check-out there was a charge items from the mini-bar. I went to the frontdesk and explained that we had not even opened much less taken anything from the mini-bar. The desk clerk removed the charge and grudgingly gave me a new bill.
While checking my charge card balance online, I find that the the day after we checked out, they recharged the mini-bar charges. I justed called only to find that the accounting dept is only staffed during the day. Does anyone have an e-mail address for the RPR. Thanks for your help!
