Anyone have codes for July for car rental?

I am looking to help my parents rent a car in July at Panama City Beach Airport in Fl... it seems that its so high compared to the rates we usually get at Orlando airport... Anyone have a code or know of a sale?

I paod about half price with National by signing up for a KLM frequent flyer account and getting a discount code on the KLM site as National is one of their "partners".
