Has anyone had breakfast at the Plaza Inn? Which characters were there? Was it crowded, they don't take PS, right? How was the food? I forgot to ask, what the hours are & how much was it is? Thank you! :teeth:

We ate there last October after being scared away from Goofy's Kitchen with it's rediculously long waits and all the screaming kids. Plaza Inn is very relaxed and is a great place for those of us who need a little extra time getting up to speed in the morning.

We loved the Plaza Inn. Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore are there and each of them spends a lot of time with the kids. Each character takes time for pictures and to sign autographs. It's very suited for the younger kids since there are no scary villians and they are characters they are very familiar with. On a day when Breakfast with Minnie and Goofy's Kitchen were both packed, Plaza Inn was almost deserted.

It's all buffeteria, including made-to-order omlettes, fresh fruit, the whole nine yards, and there is hardly any waits at the food stations.

For us, there was something special about starting our day right on Main Street!

Thank you for the recommendation! I am taking my 2 1/2 yr old DS & my mom this week. I think we will go here on our park day. Friday we have PS at Goofy's before we head out, for Legoland. I think Pooh sounds great! Thanks!

We eat there everytime we go because my kids love the Pooh characters there... They spend lots of time with them and have a really good time... One of the only places you can see Piglet in the park.. The food is okay but not as good as Goofy's

We ate there 2 days in a row for the character breakfast last weekened. The food quality was better the second day.
I loved it - very relaxed not crowded at all (we did a Sun & Mon am). And some of the best character interactions we have ever had at any character meals including WDW where we have had several.
I give it 2 thumbs up and plan to make it a must do for my future trips to the park.

Well when we were there last weekend it was opening 9-11 for breakfast, at lunch time they switch over to the birthday celebration party thing they do. You could call the Disney Dining number to ask, they do not make PS's for Plaza Inn but I bet they could answer the questions about hours and character breakfast.
