I had an AP code applied to my Polynesian ressie when it became available back in February. I was told at the time that I had saved about $400 for our 4-night stay. I was so excited I called back 2 times the following week to check on it and it was there. :goodvibes All good, so I thought......

We checked in last Friday and there was no AP code on my ressie. I booked and had the code applied to a garden view room, but they booked us into a marina view with no code. I explained my situation and it took about 25 minutes of them making phone calls and checking my info before I ended up with $179 off.

A little disappointing, but I wanted to start my vacation already and the view from my 3rd floor balcony of the marina & the contemporary in the distance made it all go away. :cloud9:

I booked my original ressie online and called for the AP discount application, so I wasn't sent an updated statement in the mail and tried unsuccessfully three times to have an updated email sent. :confused3

Anybody have this happen to them?

Did you not have a copy of the reservation with you? I'm sorry that happened to you.

I recall hearing about similar problems before, but the people affected were able to prove their side by showing a copy of the reservation (print out of the online page).

I didn't have the exact same thing happen, but something somewhat similar. Last year I was checking into WL for one night with an AP rate. Well, since it was one night it was obviously paid for already since WDW has you put down one night's deposit for room-only reservations. So, when I'm checking in the CM is telling me I have a balance due, which was actually more than the rate I was paying. I told him it's already paid. Then, he tells me well, the computer says that's what you owe. So, luckily, I always make sure I have a paper copy of everything, so I pulled it out. He still is telling me that I owe money. So, he finally goes in the back and talks to a manager. He finally comes out, saying something about computer problems....

So, no you're not the only one unfortunately. Sorry to hear this happened to you.
