w]We have never been and i have been reading nothing but bad reviews- I was thinking my kids 5,4, 2 would like it while we had a good meal with my parents- but not if the food is going to be lousy. Thanks

We were there at the end of June and loved our meal!!! i was nervous too after reading some of the reviews, but really enjoyed it. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting area and the way they kind of "Cattle Call" you to the table. A little more hectic than it needs to be! But once your inside the restaurant, I thought it was awesome.;)

We have a great meal there in early June.

Feb & April recent enough?

Both times - excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere

We had an excellent lunch there in April. I had the lobster salad- wonderful!

We were there June 27th. I ordered the Blackened Catfish dish. It was very good. I had the chocolate wave for dessert, Mmmmm.

Enjoy the atmosphere, it's wonderful!

We were there early May and it was great. I think it was our best meal of the trip. DH had the catfish and loved it. I had the steak and it was very good. Chocolate wave was really good too, but needs some ice cream so I stole some of DD's. The food and service was excellent!

Well, ours was by far the least recent experience, but we were there in October 2006 and LOOOOOVED it! The food service and atmosphere were all wonderful. You will get so many different opinions here; you really need to just try it for yourself and see what YOU think. I hope you give it a try. I don't think you'll regret it!

We had dinner there last Monday and liked it. Both my dh and I had the steak. It was very good! Both my dd's ahd the mac & cheese. The 7 year old loved it. The 5 year old did not but she only likes the boxed mac & cheese. They were both happy with the make your own sundaes for dessert. We all enjoyed watching the divers and the fish.

We had a great meal there and we have an ADR for our upcoming trip!:thumbsup2

We just had a great meal there two weeks ago. We even had a custom cake made!:thumbsup2

we LOVE the corral reef!
you have to try the lobster bisque, it is out of this world oh and the chocolate wave for dessert....yummy

We were there in late June. It was the best meal of our trip! I liked it more than Le Cellier. The catfish was heavenly. :cloud9:
And I still have dreams about the chocolate wave.

We ate there in mid June and it was good. I was so ready for it to be bad, and it wasn't bad at all. We had prime rib and pork and both were wonderful.

My wife and I were there last Monday as well, and we had a great meal. Excellent server named Bung. He was always there when we needed him, but he was not overly clingy. Always had a great big smile on his face. Very personable guy. My wife said, "He is so cute :cloud9:"

Food was great. The lobster bisque was just perfect. Chocolate Wave was super as well. They also had a nice drink called The Abyss. I think some kind of rum and pineapple juice perhaps. We had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

In April I had a great crab claw with slaw as an appetizer and a very good talapia dish with some sort of cream sauce. It was very tasty. I also had the chocolate wave but just as others have said I miss the ice cream they use to serve with it. My 6 year old had the pizza and said it was good.

We were there June 26th and it was delicous! My husband said it was the best steak he has ever had. (Even better than Le Cellier) Micky was even scuba diving in the tank when we were there. He spent a lot of time at the windows. It was my eleven year olds favorite restaurant.

It has been one of my favorite restaurants since the first time I (or at least the first time I can remember) ate there when I was 9 years old. It is where I was introduced to Lobster Bisque (when I was 9, they call it lobster soup) and it has been one of my favorite foods ever since. We were just there in January and the food was still wonderful, and the lobster soup is still the best I have ever had (I am 22 now). We are going back in August and we are eating there again. In fact we are bringing our Grand Gathering there many of whom have either never been to Disney or have not been in a long long time and I told them it is a must do restaurant. I don't think I ever go to Disney World without eating there once during the vacation. Last time we even got lucky enough to get a seat right next to the tank:fish: YAY:cool1:  I would def recommend eating there.
