I keep trying to print these, and it keeps cutting off the right side of the page. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

I have that same problem. I also wish that they would make the touring plans in a lighter color, with not so much black.

Have a great trip! :sunny:

Well, I'm glad that I am not the only one having problems, but sorry that you are having them too! I hate that I had to pay for the touring plans and now can't even print them off. I would love suggestions as to what others do. I know there are several people on the board that use them.

Mine are cut off on the right side, too, but not so much that I can't use them. I wish we had the option to print "text only" since I will have the regular park map. I guess it is nice to have the attractions numbered to correspond with the plans, but I could do with just the text. Lots of ink on that map!

I would imagine there is a way to reduce the size of the map to less than 100% so it will all fit on a page but I am not the one to figure out how to do that!

Hi folks,

Feel free to email me directly with these sorts of things: len@touringplans.com.

I believe the easiest way to fix the "right side is cut off" problem is to set your printer's margins to something like 0.25" on the left and right side.

To do this in Internet Explorer, click on File, then Page Setup. A window should appear that allows you to set the page margins. Type in 0.25 for the left and right margins, then click the "OK" button.

After this, try printing one of the plans.

If folks would like to see text-only versions, I think we can do that too. Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks very much for using the site!

Sincerely,

Len

Len,
Thanks so much! I will try this first thing in the morning. I use my printer at work, since I am out of ink at home (shhh.. don't tell my boss! LOL!)

I would definately like to see the print only option! That would be great for us over planners that have the UG, the Passporter, and the actual park maps all. We know the layout, we just need someone to point us in the right direction.

Len,

I was just going to let you know that I did get the chance to try this today. It worked wonderfully. My touring plans are all in my passporter waiting to be tried out next week!!! Thanks for your help!
