anyone have a package canceled?

i was wondering has anyone ever had a package canceled by disney w/ out notification if you forgot to pay the balance by the 45 day mark...or had a cancelation for any other payment issue?

do they send you something in the mail when it gets close to 45 days???

The packages don't tend to cancel out that early. Did something happen to you?
