Give me a disposable product and you get disposable customer loyalty, on to the next one and wondering if there is a new favorite brand out there today?
Had Arlo a long time then they became unreliable so I changed brands.
We then Switched to Eufy which also became unreliable and has zero customer service support. I called for customer service & spoke with a bot that switched me to all email which grates on me, how to tell me to kiss off without telling me to kiss off - hand me to a bot - so now I'm looking for another brand. I'll just donate what I have to a charity I guess, uggh so over the lack of humanness. I do not want monitoring just cameras. It seems good customer service only happens when a new brand is building a name, once a brand is established it all goes out the window.
