We were told when we checked in this past Saturday that this whole week would be Islands of Adventure.

My guess is IOA. When we were there (this Nov/Dec) , it was IOA and the hotel even had a little flier handed out with IOA on it. If you're there when the Christmas break crowds start, then there's a chance both parks will have it.
