Anyone have a great real estate agent?

That has helped them find a moderately priced home in Florida? I've been looking online but it's really overwhelming. If someone has a person that they've used and were happy with and could trust , I'd really appreciate it!! We're in Ontario, so we need to have someone that we can trust so if anyone has had a great long distance experience, please tell!

Where in Florida? Most RE agents work in specific localities so knowing the city will help people narrow it down

You might want to choose a nationwide company with all listings online, like RE/Max and a number of others. They can hook you up with a local agent in the area you are interested in, and must follow strict codes of ethics and legal requirements.
