Anyone have a good, easy Jambalaya recipe?

I don't care for okra, but with shrimp, ham, chicken and/or sausage...I'm looking for something easy.

Crockpot Jambalaya

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb. boneless Chicken breasts
1 pound Smoked sausage, sliced
28 ounces tomatoes
1 pound cooked Shrimp
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Green pepper
1 cup Chicken broth
2 teaspoons Oregano
2 teaspoons Parsley
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 cups cooked Rice
1 cup diced celery

Preparation
Cut chicken into cubes. Slice sausage. Chop onion, green pepper, & celery. Put all into crock pot. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp & rice.
Cook on low heat for approximately 7 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add cooked Shrimp & cooked rice.

I just use a mix called Tony Chachere's. Add in some turkey sausage, red and yellow bell peppers, tomatoes and green onions. Only takes 25 minutes. Yum!

My Cajun mother-in-law would cringe at your recipes. I'm not to be disrespectful cause I can't even make Jambalaya from scratch. My DH is, of course, used to his mother's very delicious, from scratch recipe. I once cooked the Tony's recipe and he about gagged. Of course, if I called my MIL to get the recipe and post here, she wouldn't have a clue as to what to tell me to put in it. It's a little of this and a little of that! Drives me nuts!

I'm odd because I like Tony Chachere's as well as any homemade recipe I've tried. Zatarains is OK too but needs a lot of spicing up.

The Tony Chachere's is definitely better than the Zatarans. I actually love it!
