anyone have a dessert party and stick to $100pp

I'm trying to decide between 12:00 and 5:00 ceremony times. I want to know if I can have a buffet, boc bar, cake, and dessert party for 100pp. It seems impossible to me! We will have about 30-40 guests and about half don't drink at all, and probably 10 are heavy drinkers.

The least expensive DP menu that I have seen is $23/pp. I'm not sure if you are looking at $100/pp before or after the 8 million fees Disney tacks on to everything.

Don't forget with a DP there is usually a site fee, a set up fee, some other fee and then the service charges.

You have a better chance of sticking to it with a 12pm ceremony time because you can serve cheaper lunch/brunch foods and, theoretically, people will drink less alcohol because it's the afternoon.

That's why I wanted to know....if I'm going to be over much on that I might as well do the 5pm and move on up to the $125pp min. I guess I need to look at more menus and planning journals and crunch some numbers.
