Anyone have a beer bottle label template they could share?

Hi everyone!
I am attempting to make sugar beer bottles for the top of a cake and I can't find a beer bottle template anywhere...
I had one saved from many moons ago but it was lost in my great computer crash next year...ugh

Anyone have one tucked away they wouldn't mind sharing?
