Anyone had probs with Disney Photography, post-wedding?

Its been three weeks since our wedding and Disney Photography STILL has not taken the money from my account I authorized to pay for our package. I have called and emailed only to not get a response. I didn't even get an invoice from them until I was on my honeymoon. I even made a note of the delayed acceptance of payment in my post-wedding survey from Disney. I'm worried I won't be getting my pics unless I have receipt for payment! Anyone else have these problems? The pics are gorgeous online, but I don't want to order any more enlargements and such until I get my pics.

Strange how they never took the money out of your account.
Your pictures are gorgeous!!! Theres nothing like a wedding at SBP. Your gown was perfect.

I only did the MK portrait with Disney and it took 6 weeks to get my pictures.

I had no problems with Disney photography (so far). I actually put in an urgent request for them to put a rush on my order so that I would have them in time for our reception here at home!!

I had MASSIVE problems with Disney photography. When we got our pictures they were off center (even though they looked great online), we did not receive all of them either. We had to go back and forth with them for months before it was straightened out. We still do not have everything we ordered/wanted! My suggestion, be persistant!

BUT, your pictures are very beautiful! Congrats on your wedding!

UPDATE:
Everyone, I cannot stress ENOUGH how great Maxine, our EM, is. As a last straw, I contacted her to see if she had another contact for me regarding the charge and pics. Instead, she called the manager herself and found out the credit card charges are a bit behind with the influx of holiday weddings/photography and my card should be charged today. Also, I got a round-about date on when to expect my photos.
MAXINE IS THE BEST!

First off-awesome signature

My fiance and I are getting married at the Wedding Pavilion at WDW on October 22, 2005. I am an LSU grad, and I definitely want to add some LSU feeling to the reception. I loved the Purple and Gold colors throughout your wedding pictures. Nice touch! So far the only LSU flare that is planned for the wedding/reception is that I am going to get the DJ to play the LSU fight song before my best man's speech. Did you incorporate anything else LSU into your wedding besides the colors?

By the way, 10/22/05 is the same date as the LSU/Auburn football game so it is one of my best man's jobs to make sure that he sets up the vcr to tape the game.

Thank you much for the compliment on the sig!
We did incorporate a bit more LSU into our wedding. I bought my now husband an authentic LSU helmet and had it signed "best wishes on your marriage" by Nick Saban. Thank goodness Saban quit three weeks after my wedding and not before! If you notice also, the vests on the men are gold and the roses were purple.
Maybe you can have Tigger at the reception, the closest thing you can have to Mike? There is also the LSU wedding topper that is sold through Tiger Mania and Tiger Gifts, although we knew in advance we just wanted Mickey and Minnie.
You are brave to have your wedding the day of the LSU/Auburn game. I had a friend try to schedule her wedding the day of the LSU/Florida game in 2003 and her own father told her if she did that, he would not go! lol.
