anyone had/having Dahlias in DFTW Bouquet?

just wondering if any DFTW brides have had dahlias and were they really expensive?

I love peonys but there not in season in October, I also love david austin roses but DFTW charge an arm and a leg for those! So know I am thinking dahlias ... anyone got any experiences/prices/info about dahlias from DFTW floral?

My entire bouquet is dahlias! Mine are really expensive but that's because my wedding is in March and they are a fall flower so they should be in bloom during your wedding

Tricia's right-- I had Dahlias in my bridal bouquet and also in my bridesmaids' bouquets. They were all a mix of blooms, but Dahlias were the main pick. My bouquet was $275, the bridesmaids' were $125 each. I am pretty sure Disney offered Dahlias in several colors. We were also an October wedding.

Excellent - I was starting to worry my bouquet was going to be full of flowers I dont like - I know that seems a silly thing to worry about but im so glad their in season. thank you

Hmm, I don't know. I had a picture that I wanted our florist to duplicate, maybe something about it was more work than a standard bouquet. I also had silk ribbon around the stems, does that add to it?
