Anyone had a ten day Mytravel/Airtours flight

The Mytravel website has 7 day flights in Oct for about £280 each from Manchester, but I've got enough time off to go for 10. I'm happy to pay the price but wondered if they're likely to sell flights off as ten day ones nearer the time. The telesales staff say they might but I just wondered if anyones had one from them?

I'm slightly confused - they're charter flights and, as such, I thought you could only go for 7 or 14 days

They are, but I'm hoping to get out on a Thursday flight and back on a Saturday. Apparently they will do it if the planes aren't filling, but I don't know whether to wait or look elsewhere.

Is there any reason you wish to stick to My Travel?

Only that the prices were cheaper than most I looked at and the fact we've used them before a few times so we know what we're getting

Have a look at some indirect flights, Continental. American, BA etc, they can come out cheaper than direct.

But as has been said, MYT are a charter and have set flight periods, for total flexability of days you need a scheduled airline in most cases.

What dates are you looking for? and how many pax (+ ages) ?
