Hi!

Well the title says is all really!

We were at DLRP from 20/11 - 23/11 and gave DS's letter in at the post office on the 22/11 but have not had anything back yet:sad1:

My little boy,3, bless him keeps asking if Santa has replied yet and thinks he is not gonna get what he asked for! (He has obviously :cloud9: )

I know there is still time for it to come, but I think i'll be gutted too if one doesn't turn up... it took me at least an hour to do and print off the DLP website:rotfl:

I handed in one the first day of the Christmas Season and we have not yet recieved one.

The Cast Member said it would come before Christmas about 4-6 weeks.

DD handed one in on 14th Nov but we deliberatly didnt tell her she'd get a reply just in case it didnt arrive.

I've just tried your link for Father Christmas for my DD. I think she will love it, it's very good.

Thank you for that:santa: :santa: :santa:

we handed ours in on the 1st day of christmas season as well , and still nothing

We handed ours in on the 11th November and still have not had a reply :confused3

guess we shouldn't expect anything till dec 2009 :rotfl2:

Very disappointing - why bother do this if they cant deliver :confused3

Does anyone think that perhaps they came up with this idea without thinking just how popular it might be.....

The envelopes where you then had to write your details on must have had to be manually then entered into a pc to generate the letter. They would have been some much better getting you to write your address on an envelope that they then used to return to your house (to save Santa time) or the online version to allow you to submit a letter as that then could have all been done electronically.

I think you could be right. Suspect that the person who thought up the idea didn't check it out with those who would have to implement this.

Feel sorry for all the kiddies who were expecting this.

Looks like those who were cautious and did not say that Santa would write back were the most practical of us all :)

Thank you to all that replied:thumbsup2

Still no letter.:sad2:

I showed my Ds the Portable North Pole website where it appears that Santa is talking to you as you put in your childs name, age etc and he was really happy with that!:thumbsup2

I just think what a joke! Why advertise something when you can't guarantee that you'll receive it!

Definately false advertising
