Anyone gotten credit for hurricane room cancellations?

Just got my 1st credit card statement since our trip. I had booked a room at the last minute just b4 Hurricane Jeanne (scheduled to come in on Sun which was the day Jeanne hit so tried to come in on Sat instead & booked a room at over $400!!!). The Sat flight got cancelled as well & I cancelled the room (no penalty) but the credit has not come through. Just wondered if anyone got a credit yet for hurrincae related cancellations.

We couldn't arrive the Sat before Labor Day, as the airport was closed. I cancelled two days at AKL and got an immediate refund, and also a check in the mail which I gave back to Disney.
You better call about this.

I got mine about a week after the date we were supposed to check in.

We did end up staying two night of the original three we were supposed to stay at the WL. THey had to refund us for the original payment (the room was paid off before we went) and recharge us for the new amount. For about a week I was carrying both charges. This was with Frances.

I'd call and check into it, it seems like it's been long enough.

I had 4 nights at AKL that was cancelled by Huricanne Frances. I got a full refund on my next credit catd statement.

I cancelled a BWI room for Oct 13 to 17 around Oct 1, the credit was in my account within a week.
