And to respond to those who asked what it is I will be baking...my main focus is ecclectic cupcakes (flavours like green tea, caramel apple, chocolate chai, etc.) and custom decorated (royal icing) cookies. That said, I also have a "baked goods" menu which consists of chocolate eclairs (for the French part of me), butter tarts (for the Canadian part in me), macaroons, chocolate caramel brownies and a few different types of galettes (plum, rhubarb and apple!). The overall feel of what I bake is cozy comfort food that's entirely handmade.
I won't have a store front since I can't afford the overhead at this point so we'll see where it goes!
