Anyone gone to Ralph Brennan's recently?

we've got dinner reservations there for our first non-park night, Sept 15. But....it seems like the menu on the RBJK site is different than the one on the Disney site, and I know they are actively in remodel mode.

Anyone visit it recently? Is there still a fun vibe or has it already been "California-ized"?

(Trying to decide if I should keep searching for another dinner option for that night....we're already booked at Ballast Point for lunch)

The remodel hadn't begun yet when I was there about 10 days ago. It's still the same (except that the Express side cut down their menu), but the regular Jazz Kitchen is currently the same. (Unless things have drastically changed in 10 days!)

Thanks! It's funny, we've booked twice before at RBJK and ... never made it! Either last minute decided to go into a park instead, or flight changed.

I saw some posts on IG not too long ago where folks had noticed they are already subtly beginning the remodel with repainting (bold yellow and red being toned down to grey) but that it wasn't affecting restaurant operations/they paint when the restaurant is closed. It also seemed like this was a slow process- not like the whole place was repainted overnight.

ETA: yeah, check the Mice Chat DL update (part 2) from Aug 9 for some photos where you can see at least some of the outside had already been repainted. Might be more of it by now.
